Ohio Accreditation Learning Community Accreditation Documentation Workshops

Ohio Accreditation Learning Community Clear Impact Workshops

The purpose is to help local health department staff use Clear Impact performance management software more effectively. Local Clear Impact "super-users" will serve as our trainers, and time is allotted during each workshop for LHD staff to work on their own scorecards with assistance from peer super-users.

Quality Improvement (QI) Training and Support Services Project

The Public Health Services Council of Ohio (PHSCO) and the Ohio Public Health Institute (OPHI) are collaborating to provide a pilot quality improvement training and coaching services project in 2025. PHSCO is providing two rounds of Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt and Green Belt training, coaching, and support to a total of 16 local health departments. A Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt is providing in-person training sessions, with Certified Black Belt coaches providing coaching, mentoring, and virtual and/or in-person support services between sessions. Individuals completing the training and a QI project will achieve Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt and Green Belt certification. Thanks to the financial support of the Ohio Public Health Institute, there is no registration fee for this training and coaching opportunity. LHDs' expenses are limited to staff time, mileage, and meals.
