Emergency Readiness and Management Services

Emergency management is the framework of prevention, mitigation, preparedness, response, and recovery. This readies an agency for response to emergencies and disasters. Emergency management is focused on mitigating the risks, creating readiness for possible disasters, responding to threats or actual situations, and engaging in whole community recovery. The Public Health Service Council of Ohio (PHSCO) offers various emergency planning services that promote readiness and flexibility driven by emergency management methodologies.
